Michael's house is very nicely decorated. There was nothing missing, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was picobello clean and new. For six people an optimal property and not far from Cologne or Düsseldorf. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed it very much.

Great place with lovely touches We were traveling as a large group with several children and all felt very comfortable. The place is tastefully decorated, with lots of little loving touches that make the stay extra enjoyable. The surroundings and the entire complex are also beautiful and ideal for families. Unfortunately, the washing machine broke during our stay – but the hosts responded quickly and found a good solution. Thanks for the friendly support! We will be happy to come back ☀️

This is one of the most amazing stays we have rented. The cottage is really equipped with everything! You can't think of it so crazy, or it's present. Communication with the family is very good. The garden is fantastic, very nicely landscaped and very large. The beds are good, the showers are very nice and there is an abundance of towels. The kitchen appliances, the coffee machine, the dishwasher and also the microwave are of good quality. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside and eat at the large table. There is a TV, a sound system, really and everything has been thought of. I will definitely recommend house Geni to family Friends and acquaintances.

The place with André has been very nice. There was nothing missing. Small drinks and snacks were provided. The apartment is super clean and has a full kitchen. I'm sure I'll come back.

Susanne provided very clear instructions. The apartment is as described and nicely and conveniently furnished. You will have an immediate home feeling and everything is provided! We have enjoyed a night from home. We were also allowed to use a cozy place under the linden tree. We didn't get on the wifi/netflix but that's the only downside we can think of. We had a wonderful stay at Junta’s place! The home was extremely clean and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to rest and recharge. Junta and her husband were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay.

For our JGA we booked this place for one night. We were 13 people, room was more than enough for everyone. Rooms were all clean, there were plenty of towels for everyone. About the location: as already described in some reviews before me, the house is located in a residential area and is a semi-detached house. Therefore, it should also be noted that you cannot/should not make noise until the end of the day. We talked to the neighbors before and were still partying around 11:30 pm. Until then, no one complained about the volume and we were certainly not quiet on the road. The garden is nice and large, the hot tub well maintained. The house itself is also in good condition, the bathrooms in the rooms are "newly" renovated. Check in / check out went smoothly, the hosts are very nice. All in all we had a great time and with the house the perfect accommodation for the JGA, thank you.

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.
