House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Beletage terrace offers views of the garden and a tad of the sea. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Several beaches, including our personal favourite ‚Kochili Beach‘, are within walking distance. House Amalia can also be booked as a whole for up to eleven guest.

Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.

Entering you are in the living room of the studio with a total area of 49m2 and in the background you go to the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The wooden staircase leads to the loft, where there is a second double bed, making it ideal for a family. The studio is located on the ground floor and has specifications for DISABLED service.
