The Sunset Elena Suite is located in perhaps the best spot of Iulida, it has a wonderful balcony with an unlimited and unobstructed view of the Aegean and while it is very close to restaurants and cafes, it does not have the hustle and bustle that would disturb a guest from relaxing and enjoying the view. sleep on cotton-satin sheets make your coffee in the espresso machine and choose the pillow you like for a pleasant sleep. In the bedroom you will find 4 different pillows to choose from. If you just want to relax in front of the TV, you will find a42 inch TV with movable stand to even choose the angle you like.also in the house you will find a toaster, an espresso machine, an electric kettle for tea or Greek coffee and of course a fridge with freezer. Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. Hidesign Athens Traditional Stone House in Kea

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

The residence, as this type of house is called, due to its architecture, maintains low temperatures in the summer months and higher temperatures in the winter months. It is located near the highest mountain of the island, Prophet Elias.
