The Apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. Noelia was very nice, brought us a coffee pot. Very clean Apartment, big fan for the bedroom. we'll equipped kitchen. AC in living room. comfortable couch. Unfortunately the power kept going off for 2 hours at a time, not Noelia fault.

The place is just as seen in the pictures. Bright, well equipped and in an unparalleled place. The guards are very attentive and the parking spotless. I would definitely go back. Thank you so much!

Excellent place, this is not my first time staying here and you can see the constant improvement. Excellent host, it helped me not have to wait so long to arrive and allowed me to get in earlier as I could. Really, everything was excellent.

My friend and I rented the space for three weeks while we were studying nearby, and it met our needs perfectly. Michele was extremely attentive and has always been available to help us when we need it. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made our arrival and departure a lot easier. The description is exactly as published. The house is comfortable and cool and is equipped with everything you need. It's in a very good location. The fact that the river is just a few steps away is wonderful. There is shade in the river and there is a small pool just in front of the descent. The area is very quiet. We had a wonderful stay at La Casa del Río.

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, in Uber too, walking not so much but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (it is also not much). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and is always available

We spend a weekend in the house... I don't know you can ask for more .. great location , beautiful views of everything in the house , the house has everything and everything, nothing is missing. Zulma very nice and helpful with us. Surely we will be back but more days!

Bruno and his grandmother Liliana are great hosts. We had a problem because the check-in indicated flexible after 8:00 - due to their lack of knowledge, relatively new to the platform - and from our immediate reservation they managed to adapt everything so that we could enter at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The space is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, clean, warm and with a waterfall that caresses you. Layla, a pitbull dog, is playful and friendly. The river a few meters away with its shade and place for walks is an added value. Absolutely recommended!

We only stayed one night because we were in passing, it was just what we needed, a few meters away there was a supermarket so it helped us a lot to resolve the dinner quickly. Everything went out very well and the distribution of the depto was very comfortable.
