Our detached house has fantastic views. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

There is a double bed, bathroom, wardrobe, kitchen, refrigerator and everything you need (dishes, kitchen utensils), fan. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis at 560 meters above sea level in the heart of Morvan in the countryside. 3 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Dijon, 1 hour 10 minutes from Beaune, close to the Burgundy Wine Route, hiking trails at the foot of the house, 10 minutes from a pond offering the possibility of fishing and swimming and 20 minutes from Lake Settons (possibility of water activities and swimming, tour of the lake 14 km to do on foot or by bike).

This small house is located 7 kilometers from Lake Settons in the village of Moux-en-Morvan close to shops (grocery store, bakery, delicatessen, regional products, bars, restaurants, gas station). Rental consists of an open kitchen (microwave oven, stovetop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher...), a living room with TV and sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, toilet, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi available.
