Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !
