Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

Enjoy your stay at this comfortable place to stay. -A spacious large entrance/kitchen room equipped with an oven/stove,fridge,microwave... -the bathroom with large shower -a bedroom with double bed -a living room with an extra bed for 2 people in the sofa, equipped with a Tv and large storage cabinet -a small terrace with garden table,bench and chairs. Garden, cabin and trampoline are not included - private parking. Possibility of a baby crib.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

Stay in the countryside (18km from Guédelon)

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini-oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private space for you to park in.

Sleeping areas: 1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room Folding crib available. Barbecue on request, garden furniture. Parking. Pets not allowed
