The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. All new appliances Jan 2023.

Private Country Farmhouse

Private, peaceful and country calm! No close neighbors to disturb you. Only 7 minutes from Winnsboro. Huge front and back yard, great for football or baseball with the kids. It’s easy to relax in this little farmhouse. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably with one king size bed and two single beds. A cot is also available for a fifth person and a portable crib for your baby. This recently renovated house has everything that you need including WIFI and Roku TV.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
