Secluded Private Guest Suite with Gorgeous Gardens

Stroll by a gently flowing waterfall through a unique and lush garden, perhaps to meditate, or simply to sip coffee in the morning sun. The tranquil atmosphere is echoed inside this lovely suite as well, with its oriental touches and soothing decor. Bright sunny patio and garden area with waterfall in the pond. With easy access to I-90, head West to Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles away. Or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants. Turn Left into the driveway for the Mercerwood Shoreclub--- that address is 4150 E. Mercer Way. Turn left again on the road between the club and the tennis courts. The first house you see is ours. Please park behind the garage on the left side near the blue hose. There is a wooden gate. Please go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs TURN RIGHT and Left and right again to the end of the house. You will see red chairs in front of your space. The code to open the door is. With easy access to I-90, head for West Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles west, or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants.

Kinglet Cottage - Bright and Sunny Lake View!

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

Mercer Island Gem in the Middle of a Forest

Located on the first floor of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom mid-century house, complete with original architectural details, period furniture, a working stereo system and a small collection of LPs to get you in the groove. The space overlooks a secluded yard of old growth trees, stone paths and patio. Queen bed, WiFi, full kitchen, private bathroom with shower, combo washer/dryer, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in living room. Two steps lead to a sunken living room, otherwise all on one level.

The gorgeous and quiet Lake Washington island is right in the center of the Greater Seattle Area, close to Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond, just a 10-minute drive. We're a 3-minute walk from Mercer Island downtown with Restaurants, Cafes, and stores, and even a minute's walk to Park&Ride and Mercer Dale Park. Wonderful single family house located between Seattle and Bellevue on Mercer Island. You can enjoy all the amenities the Seattle area offers staying in a quiet environment surrounded by the beautiful Lake Washington! Two minute’s walk to beach. Mercer Island is fantastic to bicycle – we’ve provided 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes, along with helmets. Exploring the gorgeous Pacific Northwest is so easy from here; Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Peninsula, the San Juan Islands are all within 2 hours.
