The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Centrally located with bus connection to Arendal - Grimstad, restaurants, pharmacy, clothing store, grocery stores and playground. The marina with guest jetty right by the house. Great hiking terrain, running trails, sandy beach, and play area just outside the house. Path through the forest behind the house leads you to the nearest sandy beach (Verkstedsvika) 2 min walk. Restaurant and pub are located at Strand hotel, 5 min walk

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. A real Sørland idyll. Close to, among other places, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. However, a dining area, sofa and bed/sleeping sofa for 4 people can be arranged if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

Furnished with older furniture in a new building. The building was completed in the fall of 2017. Norwegian handmade from local contractors. Solid wood kitchen designed to match old and new designs. The front door is a copy of an old door from a log building nearby. The apartment is made with multi-use in mind and is very flexible. Here you can accommodate office, presentation tasks, writing room, coaching, guidance and rental Airbnb. Here is max space for two adults.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

"Ullholmen" is a very family-friendly cabin with panoramic views in a quiet, coastal setting by the sea on Tromøya, just outside Arendal. Here you are close to nature with easy access to both beaches, swimming areas with a sandy bottom, rocks and several great coastal trails. We offer a safe and peaceful setting for children - perfect for swimming, boating and an active outdoor recreation. This is southern idyll close to the archipelago and nature.

Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Hytta vår ligger idyllisk til midt i Raet Nasjonalpark, helt for seg selv med spektakulær utsikt mot havet. Her kan du nyte turer, badeplasser og bølger, selv på stormfulle dager. Hytta er nyoppusset med Sigdal-kjøkken, ny veranda, markise, Weber-grill, bålpanne og utepeis. Sengeplass til 6. Robåt hører også til hytta, men man bør være flere for å løfte den ut. Hytta er perfekt for rolige dager eller eventyr i havgap og natur

Koselig lite hus til leie i sørlandsmiljø. 50 m til busstopp med buss hver time til Arendal sentrum/Skilsøferga. 3 km til Skilsø hvor det går ferge til sentrum. Fra Pellebrygga (100 meter å gå) er det ferge til sentrum i sommerhalvåret. God standard. 4 sengeplasser, 3 rom. Passer best til 3 personer, men det går greit med 4 også. Parkering ved inngangsdør. Badestrand 80 m unna, brygge med bademuligheter tilgjengelig.
