Condo vacation rentals in Merida

The unit was true to the photos. It was very clean and had a really nice and well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Communication with the host was very smooth, and the responsiveness was quick and useful. I liked the stay, although I feel that the location isn't ideal for someone without a car, since it was a bit removed from amenities. In that case, Uber or a similar service would probably be needed. All in all, a good stay.

Super cute place. The host made sure we were comfortable and accommodated us very well. The community is safe and very quite. Our daughter loved the parks and the pool and made friends. It's best to have a car but Uber and Rappi drliver quickly if you don't. Thank you!!

Highly recommended, the furniture in very good condition, comfortable, central, we found everything clean and the atmosphere of the complex is very quiet. ..in general we were very comfortable.

Great stay. The place is very quiet and pleasant, in impeccable condition. I definitely recommend it and would get there on future occasions.

Everything was fine, we had details with the air in the main bedroom and it was partially resolved. I would only recommend changing linens. Another thing that touched us is a lot of noise from the windows, it was too airy and they sounded a lot, but I think it was something particular from the days we were. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Joel’s place. It’s right by the gastronomic corridor, which has tons of amazing restaurants and isn’t very touristy. It was very central so we could walk everywhere. It was off the beaten path a bit so we didn’t hear after hours noise. The beds were comfortable and the ACs in the bedrooms worked quickly and quietly when we needed them at night. He so provides an easy to use water jug that was very welcome. And he was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything overall great - the location, the security, the staff attention, the privacy. What we enjoyed the most was walking to the Harbor Shopping Center where there are cinemas and restaurants. Laura was a great hostess and was always available. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Sonia is a wonderful host! She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! She was always responsive whenever we needed anything and made sure to take care of all of our needs. Sonia’s place is carefully thought out and feels like a home away from home. It has everything that you may need! The place is also located in one of the best neighbourhoods in the north part of Merida. You can expect a quiet and pleasant area that is also close to everything you may need!

The place was very good, I would only recommend changing the pillows , they are already a little worn , the area is between 5 and 10 minutes from the peripheral by car ! And to contact the hostess , it's best to dial her at the number that appears on the page , because if she is slow to respond to messages !!

Great stay. Very quiet, nice gym, pool, and fabulous place. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the information and help were fantastic. I was there to work, and for that, it was perfect. I cook at home, and there are plenty of places to shop nearby and restaurants if you want. The downtown is walkable, but it's best to use the bus or Uber. Five stars without hesitation.

If you want a place with great amenities and walking distance to a beautiful mall and restaurants this is your place! Remember it’s far from el Centro and tourist attractions but uber costs about $6 one way. If you have a car you are set! If you want a family feel and want visitors and have company then this is not your spot. The building offers plenty to do to keep you busy the whole day on those times you don’t want to travel. Pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, pool table and the beautiful lounge with conference room on 19th floor with free internet. And now it has a nice little cafe up there where you can have breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee while you work or play. Truly a retirement dream to go away and destress for half of what it would cost in the United States!
