Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. We hope you'll enjoy Boise but it will be hard to leave your sanctuary at 26th Street Studio.

Cozy Private Guest Suite

This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Our home is within a few minutes drive from Meridian Village, Boise Towne Square Mall, and I-84. Airport is 15minutes away.Please let me know if you are bringing pets

The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.

Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.
