Our little cottage is centrally-located. It is nussled back in a quiet location but close enough to the heart of Boise. Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. Enjoy the convinence of your private patio and entrance way, public park nearby, close parking spot and a low cost uber ride to the airport. Whether you are passing by or planning to stay this is a convinent place to rest if you want to enjoy Boise.

Cozy Private Guest Suite

This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Our home is within a few minutes drive from Meridian Village, Boise Towne Square Mall, and I-84. Airport is 15minutes away.Please let me know if you are bringing pets

Named after the smallest of North American falcons, which nest in nearby trees, "Kestrel's Perch" was recently reimagined - from the bottom up - in the spirit of a comfortable mid-century hilltop retreat, emphasizing the property's spectacular views of the Valley, private setting and access to the surrounding amenities of northwest Boise. The 1000 sq ft home features a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (also nicely suitable as office), well-lit kitchen/living room and italian-tiled bathroom.

We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. Beautifully renovated Nampa Gem! Light, bright and modern on the outskirts of town but still close to everything. Nicely located 9 minutes from St. Luke’s Nampa, 7minutes from St. Alphonsus Nampa, 5 mins from the Ford Center, 4 mins to CWI and 22 mins to the Boise Airport. Plus it’s super close to so many yummy restaurants and lots of fun shopping.

Quinn's pond/Whitewater park 2 Bedroom Bungalow

Location location location! 2 blocks from the greenbelt and Quinn's pond, easy walk to coffee shops and short bike ride to downtown. Adorable little house with plenty of room for a family, two couples, or friends. We lived in this home for 4 years and truly love it, we hope you will too!
