Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Merzig-Wadern

The three of us stayed here. In transit, but it was really all the beginning of the holiday: warmly received, wonderfully quiet place and a small, sunny terrace with a large lawn. The village is big enough for a few restaurants. It is especially the area which is really beautiful.

My wife and I were on site for a total of 5 days. What else should we say? It was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. Thimo is an interesting and likeable person who has not only helped to a relaxing vacation, but also inspires you for your own future. Best regards heading out! :-)

Monica has been very friendly and always easy to reach. The house is huge and was perfectly equipped for our needs. We were on site with 3 families with small children and a dog and had a very good time. The playroom was the absolute paradise for the kids. We took 2 walks to the neighboring villages and stopped there. The possibilities here are somewhat limited. If you leave by car, there is a lot more to do. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend.

Reserved this for my parents and a couple of my aunts and uncles. They were very comfortable and enjoyed their stay. The host was very accommodating, would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. The location was ideal, quiet but still close to all the important places. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to communicate. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation!

The place was super nice! It is perfect for someone who wants to spend a nice time in nature. The owners were also super friendly and there for all questions for us! The location is very nice, but a car is definitely needed (shopping, etc). We thank you for the great stay and the spotless place!

Klaus' house fully met our expectations. It was super clean and welcoming. There was also a welcome greeting in the kitchen ! We and the dogs loved the beautiful and fenced garden. The house had everything you could think of and more. We were really completely satisfied and would come back any time. We had a wonderful holiday 😊 The communication with Klaus was great. Very nice, spacious and clean apartment. Nicely decorated. What stood out were the special welcome attachments and also coffee and tea from the house. You don't come across this often. Carmen responds very quickly to questions and has good tips! Great base to explore Metz (on foot). The pizza place across the street is recommended (late pull😀). We enjoyed it and would like to come back again.

Claudia’s apartment is great! It is spacious, is nicely decorated, well-equipped and offers a terrace and garage. The bus stop right across the street. What else is there to wish for?!

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious Airbnb, with a great view. Friendly and helpful hosts. Had a nice experience hiking among the fascinating "Felsen" in the nature surrounding Pirmasens.

I would highly recommend this beautiful airbnb to anyone that is interested in staying at a ***** place! Host was fabulous!

We were 6 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. It was great for that. One room has only one single bed, so the child slept. However, it was planned that 1 adult would have come along more (illness), this would have had to sleep on the couch. With a bathroom and many people, you have to coordinate with the bathroom. But it worked well. The apartment itself was gigantic. Top modern and large spaces. Great for a family trip

we had a wonderful stay. in the middle of the city a beautiful apartment behind a colossal beautiful old gate. really a surprise. made very nice. and it was wonderfully quiet. a very nice apartment and equipped with every comfort. within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, nice squares, Centre-pompidou. We put the car at P&R Expo and then the bus to the city. (get off Seille). ideal. the Seille is the river that runs through the city. very nice. Metz has a lot of water and lots of greenery. We sailed for another half hour with an electric boat on the lake. Very nice to do. Hike a lot, beautiful streets, buildings and we had good weather so it was wonderful to stay. And then in the afternoon for a few hours back to the apartment to recharge to make a trip again in the evening. Visited the beautiful cathadrally. I would say METZ!!! Do and then stay with Philippe and Sophie XXX

A very nice and large accommodation with all the amenities you can wish for including a large balcony. And very nice hosts.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is very spacious and very clean and has everything you need. Communication with Saskia was very straightforward. We took beautiful hikes from the apartment. The neighboring towns and cities are well connected to the public bus network. We had a wonderful getaway and would be happy to come back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Anna’s beautiful and spacious apartment. The decor is exceptional. The beds are super comfy and the whole place is spotless. Super location. Great restaurants close by. Excellent response from Anna throughout the booking experience. I would totally recommend this apartment. A little gem of a find.
