El lugar cumplió todas nuestras expectativas y es fiel a lo que se muestra en las fotografías. Es verdaderamente encantador y acogedor. Desde nuestra llegada, la señora Silvia nos recibió con gran amabilidad y atención. Nos explicó todo lo que había en el lugar de manera clara, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más placentera. Además, apreciamos que la decoración estaba en sintonía con la época del año, lo que añadió un toque especial. La señora Silvia siempre estuvo dispuesta a atender nuestras necesidades, y le agradecemos sinceramente por su cordialidad y atención. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveríamos. ¡Nos vemos en 2025! ¡Muchas gracias!

Muchas gracias a Isaac y su familia es primera ves que nos hospedamos en su casa y quedamos muy contentos por su atencion y sorprendidos por la vista que ofrece desde las ventanas, esperamos regresar pronto y por supuesto volver a hospedarnos con ellos!!! Awesome place. I stayed here for a month in May/June 2024. I felt very safe in this home and in Playas de Tijuana in general. Tim is an excellent host and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make sure I had a great stay. I loved the ocean views and hearing the waves at all times! There are lots of great cafes in walking distance, and grocery stores like Walmart are also within walking distance. The spiral stairs are a unique touch to the place, but be aware of this if you have mobility impairments. I was very content staying here and would choose this place again if I return to Tijuana for an extended time. Thanks Tim!

Very quiet neighborhood

Me encanto el lugar, es muy bonito, privado y con hermosa vista a la playa! El condo es grande, comodo, y hermoso, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y sentirte en casa, no habia mucha gente en los condos los dias q nos quedamos asi q estuvimos super y tranquilo. Dustin fue muy amable y respondia a todo. Todas las albercas y jacuzzi funcionan, hay un gym y un restaurant saliendo del condo, muy lindas y relajantes vacaciones.

Excelente lugar, anfitrión y muy bien ubicado.

Alyssa’s place was amazing! Oxxo across the street. Local food vendors on every corner and the supermarket is only 2 blocks away. It’s a central location only 10 minutes from the San Ysidro border and easy to get Ubers. 100% would recommend the stay at Alyssa’s.

Our family enjoyed our stay, felt very safe. Property was exactly as described and seen on photos. We look forward to a near future booking. Definitely recommend the property.

The house was amazing and perfect size for a big group we had more than enough space for everyone. Armando was super helpful and communicative which made our stay easier. We would 100% stay again when going to rosarito.

Great place had a minor issue with the code to the lockbox upon checking in but in the end Gonzalo was quick to resolve

El depa está súper bien, los anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo. Muy buena atención, el área es una excelente zona. Lo único feo es el acceso de escaleras para llegar al depa. Porque es un edificio departamental. Pero si recomiende este lugar. Olvidé una chamarra y me la entregaron en un domicilio ellos personalmente. Muy lindos.

Absolutely amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, making for breathtaking views and easy beach access. The property is huge, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The shower was fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’ll be back in Tijuana in July and will definitely be booking this place again!
