The place met all our expectations and is true to what is shown in the photographs. It's truly charming and cozy. From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Silvia welcomed us with great kindness and attention. She explained everything in the place clearly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, we appreciated that the decor was in tune with the time of year, which added a special touch. Mrs. Silvia was always willing to attend to our needs, and we sincerely thank her for her cordiality and attention. It's definitely a place we'd go back to. See you in 2025! Thank you so much!

Excellent stay with excellent hosts.

Awesome place. I stayed here for a month in May/June 2024. I felt very safe in this home and in Playas de Tijuana in general. Tim is an excellent host and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make sure I had a great stay. I loved the ocean views and hearing the waves at all times! There are lots of great cafes in walking distance, and grocery stores like Walmart are also within walking distance. The spiral stairs are a unique touch to the place, but be aware of this if you have mobility impairments. I was very content staying here and would choose this place again if I return to Tijuana for an extended time. Thanks Tim!

Very quiet neighborhood

I loved the place, it is very nice, private and with a beautiful view of the beach! The condo is large, comfortable, and beautiful, it has everything you need to cook and feel at home, there were not many people in the condos on the days we stayed so we were super and quiet. Dustin was very nice and responsive to everything. All the pools and Jacuzzi work, there is a gym and restaurant coming out of the condo, very nice and relaxing vacations.

Daniel was really amazing. My GPS took me to the totally wrong place and Daniel was immediately available and talked me through step by step from where the GPS took me to where the unit was located. La Playas is arguably the most festive Saturday night place in Tijuana, but Daniel's place is located just far enough from all the action to be very quiet, so that you can enjoy the sounds of the waves, the ocean breeze and the amazing view, but close enough to the music, restaurants and bars to easily walk there. The area is safe, and on a Saturday at 4PM we were able to get a parking spot right in front of the door to the unit. Daniel stuck with us while we settled in, figured out the internet and Chrome casting to the TV. We chose to get take out Mariscos and enjoy the sound of the beach. Perfect night!

Alyssa’s place was amazing! Oxxo across the street. Local food vendors on every corner and the supermarket is only 2 blocks away. It’s a central location only 10 minutes from the San Ysidro border and easy to get Ubers. 100% would recommend the stay at Alyssa’s.

Our family enjoyed our stay, felt very safe. Property was exactly as described and seen on photos. We look forward to a near future booking. Definitely recommend the property.

Easy to get very quiet to the area near recreation areas. They go twice that my family and I stayed here and it's functional for us.

We really liked everything. Everything was clean, cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good fast internet. The location is great, there is an Oxxo store nearby, a lot of good restaurants, close to the beach. Beautiful well-maintained courtyard, there is a recreation area, beautiful plants delight the eye, ideal for relaxing. The hosts are friendly, responsive, attentive, good people, always in touch. Definitely recommend. Thank you very much.

The depa is super good, the hosts are always on the lookout for everything. Very good service, the area is an excellent area. The only ugly thing is the stair access to reach the DEPA. Because it's a departmental building. But if you recommend this place. I forgot a chamarra and they gave it to me in a home they personally. Very nice.

Absolutely amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, making for breathtaking views and easy beach access. The property is huge, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The shower was fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’ll be back in Tijuana in July and will definitely be booking this place again!
