The house can accommodate up to 6 people (one bed 160x200 + bed 140x190 and pull-out bed 2x90). The house is located near the charming seaside resort of Vieux-Boucau, 1200m from the supermarket, 3km from the heart of town, 2.7 kms from the beach. Numerous activities, entertainment and tourist sites close by.

Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). 50 m2 adjoining patio villa with wooden terrace of about 80 m2, renovated in August 2021. It consists of two bedrooms upstairs, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It is located in a quiet environment and about 1.5 km from the ocean. The municipal swimming pool is 100 m away and all amenities, restaurants, bike rental, surf school, are nearby. Ideal setting to recharge your batteries and enjoy a family vacation.

Pool or jacuzzi rental is possible for an additional fee. Note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.
