Great location, great location very close to the center ( 10min walk ). But without a driver at the beginning, it can be difficult to get to this place on its own, because the access road ends at the bridge from which you can't see the cottage yet, you should walk about 150m along the path along the river. Everything you need, clean, warm . We were greeted by the parents of the hosts, who were hard to get along with, and we needed a phone call to the host. It's worth noting that there's someone in the cottage all the time, so it's not completely exclusive, which is not a problem because hosts don't bother in any way. I recommend!

A very nice guest house with spectacular local food and a very nice and helpfull hostess. There is a great view of the amazing mt Ushba.

The place was great. Clean, quiet. The view was amazing. Loved the place. But the warm water didn't work. And the inside of the house was quite cold. The heater was low. The stove was always warm. But burned one of the gaz oil so I couldn't sleep on the top. I would like to have an extra heater. The mattress and front seat would be great. My uncle was the sweetest. Very impressed.

The house is located far from the road so it is very quiet and there is a fence with a lock, it feels private and secure. There is a dedicated parking space for a car. Views from the yard and windows of a house are better than in pictures, snowy mountains, forest, fields with horses and cows on the background. The yard is comfortable, there is a hammock, grill, chairs (you can use pillows and blankets). The house equipped with all you need. It was clean and there were a lot of staf like shower gel, soap, sugar, salt, oil, tea, that you can use. 10 minutes drive to Mestia where you can find groceries shops and a lot of great cafes. The host is great, friendly, and response very quick. It was my second time here and I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Svaneti.
