Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. The Farm on Deer Run

Come to Southern Illinois and enjoy a genuine country experience. Located a half mile down a red gravel road the country farm house is only 15 minutes from Paducah, KY or 10 minutes to the Shawnee National Forest or Fort Massac State Park. The farmhouse sits on 40 acres and is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and two sitting rooms. The yard is large and shaded. After a fun Day can enjoy the evening with food off the grill or roasting hot dogs and marshmallows on a camp fire.

Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months.

Plan a trip to Garden of the Gods or Jackson Falls or Tunnel Hill Trail and spend the evening roasting hotdogs around the fire ring while watching the many animals on the property.
