Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Metropolitan City of Bologna

It was a pleasure for us to stay some days at this fantastic place. Maris Luisa is the best host we have ever met, she is truly open-minded and lovely. She helped a lot during our stay with her friendly attitude and great communication. The house is also superb, with fantastic construction and pinned with so many amazing arts and paintings. We definitely recommend this place for everybody!

La casa molto bella e pulita. I vicini straordinari, gentili e ospitali. Ciccio, il nostro cane, ha trovato un nuovo amico a 4 zampe, Jack (Il vero proprietario di casa 🤭) che si è preso cura di lui, presentandogli tutti gli abitanti della zona e sgridandoci quando lasciavamo Ciccio a casa da solo. Posizione strategica per muoversi nei dintorni ed evitare il traffico. Ambiente silenzioso e tranqjillo

We fell in love with the house. Our whole group felt very cozy and loved the place. Felt like home straight away. Super spacious and extremely clean. We were 7 guests and never felt overcrowded. The location is very quiet; we had great sleeps. you can see that it’s a very tranquil residential area. You have a supermarket nearby by you definitely need a car to move around. It’s a very good location for people who are travelling around Bologna, Modena and exploring nearby cities. The only thing I would comment on is the check-in process. Knowing that it’s a requirement from the Italian law, we understood and followed the instructions, however it was very unpractical for 7 guests to upload documents all at once. Moreover, we were receiving links to pay for the taxes and many other messages such as “attractions, wine tasting, local activities” and so on. It feels that this place its managed by multiple people so you can get lost in communications. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

Siamo stati nella villa durante il periodo di Pasqua. La villa é immersa tra le colline e questo rende il posto ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla solita routine quotidiana. All'interno é accogliente, fornita di ogni confort, pulita e con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Adatta a famiglie e coppie. I servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili e in zona si trova tutto. L'host é cordiale, accogliente e disponibile alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima esperienza che consiglio.

Alessandro’s house is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. He and his wife Angela are very friendly and communicating with them was very easy. Their Airbnb advertisement is a bit misleading, though. We booked their house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 7 people and needed the 4 rooms, because one of the guests was traveling alone and didn’t want to share a bedroom. But, as 1 of the rooms sleep 3 people, we were not given access to the fourth bedroom. After some negotiation and extra payment, we had access to the whole house.

My best find ever on Airbnb! I loved the place and Ylena was so lovely. Bonus was her amazing clothes which she designs - definitely recommend the house (and the clothes!) 💕💕

Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata nella casa, è dotata di tutti i comfort e gli spazi sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. La pulizia è eccellente. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!

A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation. we used it as a base for our travels around tuscany. all the main tourist areas are within 90 minutes travel by car. Kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and washing machine. We enjoyed the jacuzzi most nights on return from our travels.. if you fancy a wild swim there are a couple of good spots nearby.
