Vacation rentals with lake access in Metropolitan City of Bologna

We spent two weeks in this very nice apartment. We were pleasantly impressed by the garden, perfect for relaxing after a day of work. The apartment is well furnished and clean, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The host was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect place to stay along the Via Degli Dei. Right on the path and next to restaurant and shop. Red was super helpful and gave lots of information, he went out of his way to ensure our safe onward journey the following day. We would definitely recommend this place

The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It was nice to hang out on the small deck. Simona took great care of us, the manual was excellent. It was nice to hike in the area, there were a few good restaurants in the village.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

I took the house for a few days to pick up with the group to finalize the recordings. Riccardo was very accommodating and kind to welcome the somewhatunusual proposal. The house is spacious and extremely bright, playing in the living room was very pleasant. When we were tired of playing, we were able to enjoy the garden and especially the forest that surrounds the house. Everything is just minutes by car from the highway, so very convenient. In short, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city a little and enjoy some peace. A point of credit also goes to Riccardo's parents who welcomed us upon arrival, two really nice and kind people.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful location. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Host was very welcoming and the place was better than the pictures.

We were 6 people staying at Filippo’s for a night, and it was amazing! The place is so homey and cozy, the surrounding forest is beautiful, and Filippo had made sure we had everything we could need and more! He also gave great local recommendations- we went to a little restaurant at a lake 5 min walking distance from the house, and it was a great experience with local food sourced in the forrest. We’ll definitely be back!

An authentic suite, evocative both in furnishings and light points. Full of closets, with a kitchen complete with any comfort imaginable. Fresh water, coffee capsules, infusion, and sweets are available. Ana is a special person, she welcomed us lovingly and you can see that she loves her work so much: a real super host!

Staying at the mulberry house was an experience in the true sense of the word, there time slows down and you have the opportunity to totally disconnect from the hectic rhythms of the city It is a pleasure to get lost in the paths of the woods, between greenery and animals, it really makes you understand the actual value of a property in the countryside and all its benefits, a pleasant, albeit short stay.
