Liebe Carlotta, es war ausgezeichnet bei Dir. Vielleicht noch ein paar Haken an den Wänden für nasse Kleidung. Und noch ein freundlicher Tip: Es ist ganz toll ,wie Du für Essen für die Gäste sorgt. Zu Tortellini f̀ände ich besser Tomatensauce oder Pesto, als Sahnesauce. Sonst hast Du alles super für uns bereitet Liebe Grüße Christa

Een geweldige locatie met veel rust en tegelijkertijd dichtbij Bologna. Je rijdt er zo naar toe. Het appartement heeft een eigen ingang en is erg ruim en schoon. Er is een keuken met allerlei keukengerei (wij hadden dit zelf niet nodig maar handig om te weten dat het er is). De woonkamer is erg groot en er zijn 2 slaapkamers. Het zwembad op het terrein was heel fijn, er zijn ligbedjes en zowel zon als schaduw. Vanaf het zwembad en in de tuin heb je een geweldig uitzicht. Angela is erg vriendelijk en sterk in communicatie. Ze spreekt goed Engels.

Luca is a very friendly and responsive host, thorough with his instructions and recommendations for sightseeing and eating!!! in Bologna. The apartment was lovely with a courtyard view and balcony. It is nicely decorated and has all the necessary amenities, a comfy bed and great linens - very clean and cozy! The apartment is located about 20 minutes walking (with luggage) from the train station and a quicker 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the historic district. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Luca's and would stay there again. Highly recommended for a couple or solo traveler!

Un appartement encore mieux que sur les photos, dans un environnement calme et verdoyant, d'une propriété impeccable, avec un bel espace exterieur, une cuisine bien équipée, pas loin de Bologna et de Modena. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir!

Amazing little stay! Perfect for a solo trip to Bologna. Paola was very helpful and super responsive. And the terrace is stunning on a sunny evening. Cannot recommend enough!

Francesca was always very helpful with every details, apart from the "hotel" itself, and always checking if we needed something. I was there for a work travel, and I almost felt like I was in my own city and house. Its a little bit outside Bologna, but easy to get there, and it seems like countryside, very peaceful.

Passei um mês incrível no apartamento! A localização era perfeita para ir para o hospital, onde estive a estagiar. O apartamento também tem ótimos acessos ao centro da cidade (a pé ou de autocarro), com fácil acesso a restaurantes deliciosos e aos famosos pórticos. A Federica esteve sempre contactável e ajudou no que foi necessário. O apartamento era acolhedor e bem equipado, tornando-se um verdadeiro lar durante a minha estadia. Bolonha, com a sua rica história e atmosfera vibrante, conquistou-me completamente. Mal posso esperar para voltar

Soggiorno bellissimo ed impeccabile. Proprietari disponibili ed amichevoli. Posto stupendo immerso nel verde, tranquillo e divertente. L'alloggio caratteristico con travi a vista stupende, scoperto e giardino bellissimi. Atmosfera magica! Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie!!

Der Aufenthalt war wie immer großartig. Silvia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Zudem ist sie wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation mit ihr war abermals unkompliziert und einfach. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
