L'appartamento è super panoramico data l'altezza, dal balcone privato è possibile ammirare un panorama mozzafiato. Posizionato al decimo piano con ascensore è composto da un salone, una camera da letto, angolo cucina e bagno. L'appartamento è totalmente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort, caldaia, riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata, Internet gratuito, tv, cucina completa, portiere. Tutto l'appartamento è a disposizione dei nostri ospiti. Sono a disposizione per qualsiasi intervento abitando vicino l'appartamento, posso consigliarvi al meglio sia per un percorso turistico sia per delle curiosità che solo un napoletano può regalare! Sono disponibile ad offrire anche un servizio di trasfert con l'aereoporto di Capodichino compatibilmente ai miei impegni di lavoro con un piccolo extra. L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. A pochi passi: Molo di Mergellina da cui imbarcarsi per Ischia, Capri e Procida o la Costiera Amalfitana nel periodo estivo con il metrò del mare. Sono attivi nel periodo estivo anche i collegamenti con le Isole Eolie. Stazione Napoli Mergellina, chiaro e bellissimo esempio di stile liberty, da ammirare e da scoprire. Via Caracciolo, dove è possibile passeggiare sul lungomare e ammirare i caratteristici luoghi raffigurati in quelle cartoline tanto vendute nei negozi di souvenir, respirare l'aria di mare tra le barche ormeggiate, magari sorseggiando una bibita fresca. Piazza Sannazzaro, famosa per la sua Fontana della Sirena. Sono presenti anche numerosi e rinomati bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Sempre vicino l'appartamento c'è il Parco Vergiliano a Piedigrotta dove riposano le spoglie di Giacomo Leopardi e di Virgilio. A cinque minuti: Il PAN (Palazzo delle Arti Napoli) che ospita spesso mostre meravigliose. Sul lungomare inoltre c'è la splendida Villa Pignatelli e il Museo Principe Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes. Via Caracciolo, la villa comunale e i suoi giardini. A dieci minuti: Raggiungerete a piedi il quartiere più chic di Napoli, Chiaia, ideale per lo shopping diurno e il divertimento serale, dall'aperitivo in poi.. Infatti alle spalle di Piazza San Pasquale ci sono tantissimi bar e locali per una favolosa cena e un dopocena glamour. Ad una fermata di metropolitana o di Cumana invece il centro storico di Napoli raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata in pianura attraversando il quartiere Chiaia o in alternativa percorrendo il lungomare. L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. E' un quartiere molto esclusivo, troverete tutto quello di cui avete bisogno a prezzi non turistici!

I love feeling the of the city, we are right in the main square of the city: piazza trieste e Trento and piazza del plebiscito with the Huge spaces and the beauty of the Royal Palace, the oldest Opera Theratre in Europe: San Carlo, a tre meters from the view of the Vesuvio and the Seaside overlooking the Gulf of Napoli and Capri. We have all the shops next to us You could walk everywhere! From the airport take the alibus and walk from the port. From the station take the metro to Toledo stop or Municipio Stop and we are a few minutes of a flat walking. Take the taxi if you prefer asking for the fixed fare and you will be left in front of the entrance of our building. A taxi stop is 50 meters away. As well as the sightseeing stop is 100 mt away as well as the bus to the MUseo di Capodimonte. You can walk to the port in 5 minutes. Feel at Home and enjoy your stay!

Concrete Apartment San Gregorio

L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. Al piano superiore, al quale si accede tramite una comoda scala si trovano altre due stanze da letto matrimoniali, di cui una provvista di letto alla francese (140x200). Entrambe si affacciano sul grande open space. Il Concrete Apartament è dotato di Wifi ultra veloce, televisore Sony led 50'' con libero accesso a Netflix. Inoltre è presente una lavastoviglie, lavatrice e forno sia a microonde sia elettrico. La cucina, con grande isola centrale in resina di cemento, è dotata di tutti i comfort. L'appartamento è a completa disposizione degli ospiti. La nostra disponibilità è continua abitando a soli 50 metri di distanza dal Concrete Apartment. Immergiti nella vitalità della città antica grazie alla strategica posizione dell’appartamento, situato in via San Gregorio Armeno, e non dimenticare di acquistare uno dei preziosi presepi in vendita presso le numerose botteghe artigiane. Il Concrete Apartment è facilmente raggiungibile essendo in pieno centro della città. Dall'aeroporto di Capodichino parte ogni 25 minuti una navetta Alibus che ferma alla stazione dei treni di Piazza Garibaldi. Da qui si può raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti l'appartamento, oppure si può prendere la linea 1 della metropolitana e scendere alla fermata Università che dista circa 10 minuti a piedi (la fermata Duomo è in fase di completamento). A circa 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione della Circumvesuviana dalla quale partono i treni per i siti archeologici di Pompei ed Ercolano. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il porto da cui partono i traghetti e gli aliscafi per le isole di Ischia, Capri e Procida.

The 54 meter living quarters can be used as an ideal place for a cocktail a dining area or even a ballroom! You have your very own fully-equipped speak easy bar dating back from the 1800s. One can dine or have a drink at home or even dance.. This ample living space has four bar stools, a breathtaking chandelier, a 65-inch television with cable and wifi as well as a queen size bed which can be used as a spacious couch during the day. Our home has three spacious balconies overlooking Piazza San Domenico, Piazzetta Nilo and Spacca Napoli. It also has all the essentials ; A/C, oven, microwave, due fridges, and all the comforts of a 5-star experience. Potrete godere in assoluta autonomia e libertà dell'intero appartamento. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Naples, in an open-air museum where everything is within easy and convenient reach. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one standard double and one king size double + sofa bed ), 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with comfortable sofas . Each bedroom is equipped with plasma TV with Netflix subscription, heating, wifi internet, air conditioners. The apartment is equipped with kitchen and appliances : electric oven, juicer, fridge and freezer, . Included are towels, bed linen and essential amenities (soap, shampoo). The apartment is at the complete disposal of guests, it is located on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator and is therefore easy to access for anyone. Guests will be greeted at check-in by the host who will be on hand for tips and information on how to best experience the city! The apartment is located in the characteristic, authentic Borgo dei Vergini, near points of interest such as the National Museum, the underground Naples and Piazza Bellini. The neighborhood is well connected to other areas of the city by public transport. Cavour Metro: 3 min. walk Bus stop: 2 min. on foot Taxi stop: 3 min. on foot Guarded parking: 2 min. on foot Guests will receive a warm welcome.
