Apartment Otto in the glass ceiling city of Lauscha

Central and yet very quiet location in the glassblower town of Lauscha. The apartment is on the first floor to the south. A garden terrace is provided separately. Parking is right by the house. All sights such as the ski jumping hill, the museum of glass art, the summer toboggan run, the entrance to the trails and slopes or the hiking trails on / around the Rennsteig are within easy reach.

The “Gute Stube”

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In earlier years, the "good room" in this house belonged to the grandparents who lived and managed the farm here. Here, the first floor was extensively renovated and converted. The terracotta floor gives the apartment a warm and Mediterranean atmosphere. In the hallway, the historic tiles and the front door from 1876 have been preserved. The kitchen-living room has become a cozy meeting place.

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. Our apartment, which was named after the German Reform teacher Hermann Lietz, is located in the Thuringian Forest, in the middle of the scenic Schwarzatal. Generously sized, well maintained and modernly equipped, it offers the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday with her loved ones. Here you can recharge your batteries, enjoy pure nature or gather unforgettable impressions in the surrounding attractive excursion destinations.

Welcome to House of Wood, in the unique atmosphere of a natural log house. Here you will find a wonderful place to find peace and relaxation, go hiking and experience an incomparable starry sky. Our vacation home complex was built and designed with loving detail work over many years. It is located on the outskirts of our small village. Communication until check-in usually takes place through our daughter and co-host Sandra.

Welcome in the Thuringian Forest 🌲 our lovingly furnished bungalow offers everything your heart desires for nature lovers. Our property is located in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Dittrichshütte, a village at an altitude of 600 meters. It is very quiet with us as the road is hardly used. The accommodation is a great starting point for hikes and sporty mountain biking or motorcycle tours.
