Condo vacation rentals in Mexico

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo in the gated community of Punta Mita. The condo is as pictured and beautifully decorated. There is a huge outdoor patio with different seating areas. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and the small bunk room is suitable for a small child. The daily breakfast was delicious and such as nice treat. This condo is located close to town and central to many of the beach clubs, walking/biking path etc. which made it easy to get around by bike or golf cart. The condo building itself was a bit noisy given it was spring break so many families and kids/teens around but this made it fun for our kids also. This unit does not face the pool, rather it faces the road which can be a bit noisy especially in the mornings with the various delivery and 'work' trucks. Our Concierge was very responsive and helpful and would get back to me within minutes to help out. Highly recommend Vallarta Rentals.

I enjoyed the stay. The location is great. I stayed in the Marina a number of times and actually stayed at this condominium previously I do have a few recommendations: the bed linens could be newer and of better quality, it would be nice to have a hair dryer, there was a water jug holder, but no drinkable water. It would have been nice if there were some lamps in the living room and a coffee table. Also, it would have been nice if there were some lamps in the bedroom. The two futons in the living room were not overly comfortable but had clean protective covers on them. Joana was very responsive and permitted me a little bit of a later check out. A brand new lock was installed while I was there which was nice - but instructions were a bit unclear- but it all worked out just fine!! Overall my stay was quite pleasant and would definitely recommend this spot!!!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Beautiful and very relaxing, clean and with all that you need for a pleasant stay, beds are so comfortable, everything was just amazing!, we loved staying at David’s place will definitely recommend to family and friends. Can’t wait to go back ! David thanks for being a great host !

Very good location, secure apartment and clean and tidy building. Very good security we felt at home. The very good host always responded to us and gave options for restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Carlene's home in Las Olas and it did not disappoint! You cannot beat the location and the beautiful views from the living room and patio. My four kids and husband surf and snorkel and loved being steps away from Zippers, Old Man and La Roca. Easy walk on beach to really good restaurants and a quick Uber to downtown San Jose Del Cabo. Appreciate the beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, beach towels and blankets. Private security made the property feel very secure. The pool, hot tibs and grounds are very well maintained. Omar was very welcoming and informative and the guacamole, pico and water are such a treat upon arrival. We plan to come back soon.

Once again great experience with Christian Omar end crew as a hostess. Place have all amenities to stay comfortable. excellent Gateway for a couple and family. perfect ocean front view nice place for all! Thank you all!

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet's place. The communication was excellent, the condo was lovely and the surroundings couldn't be beat!

It was a good place! We had some inconveniences happened when on our stay but they responded quick! They did everything to fix the stuff for us. Very nice people!! I recommend their place!!

Wendy was very communicative and helped us with all our needs. Place was great and master bed so comfy.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

Great moments we had in this fantastic place. Russell was extremely kind for whatever was needed. I personally enjoyed how private was our place, if you go on April, take your jackets! Stars at night were impressive. Clean and kind Laguna Resort team, food great there, the pool, the view, all. Puerto Peñasco downtown is 15 minutes away, so excellent. Will definitely come back ASAP! And we will recommend Russell's place to everyone. Thanks!

Excellent place , the practically new facilities,the pools clean , air conditioned , the jakuzis super comfortable temperature and with hydromassage , the swim lane on the second floor with beautiful view we loved it ,the apartment very spacious and very well used the spaces. We had a washing machine , dryer, soap to wash clothes and dishes , good shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms , the location of the place we liked to go to walk to the seawall !.In general, we spent a few days very comfortable ! We highly recommend it .

I had such a great time staying here for a weekend trip with friends! The host’s warm hospitality and respect for our privacy made the place feel like a true home away from home. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this spot and can’t wait to book again for future getaways!

It is a very quiet and pleasant stay, the apartment is as described and very comfortable, you can easily move to other nearby beaches. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant and complete stay, Mirka is a very good host, provides you with recommendations and are very useful for people who do not locate the area. Would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Great place. If you like going to the bars or being close to the fun area, this is the place. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are EXCELLENT! There’s a bar and they come serve you at the pool. 10/10

Love the place really cozy nice view kids enjoyed the stay

The place was great , as per the photos. There was nothing missing to cook . The rooftop pool is not heated, which is a shame because there is a lot of space on the roof . The one downstairs is heated but less chair and no umbrellas, there is still shade. To do the grocery shopping there is the Wal Mart and the Chedraui not far away . We could order 20 liter bottles of water from the caretaker at the entrance was much appreciated. Oscar received us very well upon arrival . He gave us refreshments while he explained the amenities and we were visiting the facilities. Very nice stay .

Lu was a great host. Very easy to communicate. The place was as described. The only thing I would say is the washer dryer is one combo unit and if you plan on washing and drying plan on 6 hours for one load and even then it doesn’t dry all the way: it is extremely slow and long. We did have some issues with hot water the first days there. Lu came and reset the water heater and it worked. Other than that the place was great it had everything we needed.

The apartment is great, very clean and well kept, the location is also great, very private and calm area, away from all the city traffic yet close enough to visit local restaurants and coffee shops, very recommended.
