Very beautiful apartment, in a great location in the middle of Santa Fe, with plenty of great facilities.

Alfredo was always responsive, polite, and friendly. Place looked exactly like the pictures, and we always felt safe and comfortable. Check-in was a little difficult, but Alfredo was responsive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the clean bathrooms and gorgeous view from the apartment.

The accommodation is very well equipped, its location is good, has nearby supermarket, pharmacy restaurants etc, is spacious The only thing we didn't like was the building staff, I'm not friendly, it's a whole roll to check in or make use of the ameninades. I recommend it

oh man, what a great vacation. My wife and I walked about 6 miles per day. Most of that time was people watching but also picking out amazing restaurants. We will see you again next year.

A fantastic gem in Playa Del Carmen!! My wife and I absolutely loved the Condo, the building staff and the gorgeous rooftop pool. We have stayed in many Airbnb and Miguel's listing was one of the best we have ever stayed. The condo is located in an excellent location just off 5th avenue, close to many restaurants and cafes and just a six minute walk to the beach. Excellent hosts, very responsive, helpful and made our 2 week stay so enjoyable. The unit was stocked with plenty of items to get us started and providing water and pop in the fridge was a nice surprise!! The condo also had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach, we used the beach chairs almost every day. There is a small patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea. I definitely recommend without any hesitation. Quiet and safe location.

Third time is a charm charm. i apprciate the flowers for my mother from my family to yours, we want to say thank you for letting us stay at your home. I have stayed in the Paloma many times over the last 20 years, often booking through air BnB. Robert’s place was definitely one of my favorites. Clean and accurately described. Robert made it easy to communicate and gave perfect check in instructions. Will definitely book again

Raul was super-responsive and helpful. We enjoyed using the buidling's amenities: Pool (good for lap-swimming), hot and cold tubs, gym, and roof deck. Amazing city views! Lots of street/traffic noise, but it didn't bother us too much, since we're used to it. Everything was comfortable and clean.

This place was super great. The view was excellent. The access to the pools and beach was excellent. Loved the private beach. There’s great bars walking distance. There’s a grocery store walking distance. I totally recommend this space if you don’t want to be right next to all the chaos.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and luxurious, modern decor. The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets while listening to the waves. The building itself was secure, well-maintained, and had fantastic amenities, including a gorgeous pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. The location was ideal—just minutes from amazing restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Rosarito, this is it! Highly recommend!

We were very comfortable, everything was very good since we arrived, the house was super clean, all things in good condition, we took our pet and could be without any problem, it is a very comfortable house to spend time with family or friends and it meets everything advertised. Jesús was very help, relatable, & we enjoyed being with him & meeting Alejandra. We had to meet him at an offsite location to gain access to the house because the house is on a key only system. Yet, we were glad that Jesús led us to the home & answered all of our questions before he left us to enjoy the place. Our Spanish is very poor, and we appreciated Jesús working so hard to communicate with us via Googl Translate. Thanks! The home was clean, cozy, comfortable. Comfortable bed & enjoyed the available heaters during the cold days. 🥶 The awesome bathtub & incredible sauna/shower made this place an even better value! We hope to return, Jesús! Mil gracias!

The place is very quiet, clean and nice. A very spacious house for a large family like ours, the stay was good and Karely was always attentive, clear and accessible to requests.
