Island vacation rentals in Mexico

We adored our week at Casa Sabila. It’s in the perfect location in TS, close to town, very close to the beach, surrounded by palm trees and green fields. The house itself is lovely, charming and cozy with wonderful indoor/outdoor living. It’s not brand new so if you need all the modern bells & whistles, look elsewhere, but to us it’s a perfect Baja home. Check in was easy, the house was very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels (including pool). And the garden & pool area is beyond gorgeous - we hope to return soon! We did not rent the casita so I can’t speak to that but it looked great. If I was pressed to make a suggestion I would ask for a few more spoons and another dish towel - other than that, fue perfecto.

The place is amazing and the facilities are very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay. Sabine was incredibly helpful and we were able to check in early. Sabine lives downstairs and also runs the Cafe del Mar which is 30 seconds walk away on the beach. The food here was delicious and the staff very friendly. The noise from the road was sometimes loud, however this is typical for Isla Holbox. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay, highly recommend!

This is such a wonderful place! If you remember to conserve your water/electricity use and be proactive with your trash/ and drinking water, you will be golden. Some helpful tips: * You can park on the street of Isla Blanca Playa for free and walk to the beach * The convenient store only takes pesos and people only speak spanish * Ikarus has a great and inexpensive restaurant- you should definitely go there * We got groceries from the Walmart or Chedrau, they were both great options * As of 01/07 the sand road got maintained and there aren’t that many potholes anymore! Please keep in mind you will have to do some “off-roading”

a great place to experience the magic of the desert withe added benefit of beautiful beaches nearby. the staff were particularly kind and helpful.
