It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.

The house "Ai Castagni" is located on Mount Moncader in Combai di Miane, within the Moncader Farm. The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - recreation surrounded by greenery. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before hiding in the mill under the cozy ceiling.
