A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING - and I prefer a message over instant book just to make sure you don't have any questions and I don't have any conflicts. You can't get more centrally located to everything Vermont has to offer. 5 minutes to downtown Waterbury, 10 minutes to Stowe, Half an hour to Burlington or Mad River. There is a shared hallway entry with the downstairs apartment but only the one exterior door in common.

Ski, hike, hit the local pubs and breweries. Walking distance to some of the best beers in the US! Easy drive to 5 ski areas, great, safe neighborhood, Coffee machine, fridge, oven, and microwave. Cozy atmosphere. Suitable for young kids but not ideal as there are people that live upstairs and the place has breakable decorations.
