Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Delight in the allure of "Rosie," a historic 2-bedroom apartment with a roomy living space, eat-in kitchen, on-site parking for 2 cars tandem, Apple (smart) TV, and a bonus 3rd room. Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

Clean & Bright historic cottage located in one of Newport's oldest and most diverse neighborhoods. True to its original nature it's a mixed commercial and residential neighborhood with restaurants, nightspots, coffee shops, yoga studios and more. This neighborhood is not fully gentrified; it's a neighborhood and not a luxury location. A mix of apartments, Airbnbs, homes being renovated and long term Newport working class residents, changing from one house to the next.

Cozy 3 Bedroom, minutes from the beach & downtown

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.

Rogers House 1790 Washington Square

Wonderful location in the heart of Newport with parking on-site which is great as most things you and your guests will want to do is in walking distance. The apartment has 3 rooms; 2 rooms have queen sized beds and the 3rd room has a twin bed, there is also a pull out couch, (surprisingly comfortable) that makes into a double bed. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience! We are local and always available during your stay.
