Monthly Rentals in Midtown, Detroit

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jaclyn's place. Beautifully renovated. Exactly as described. Jaclyn was very responsive and easy to work with. She even upgraded our stay which we very much appreciated. If we ever come back to Detroit, this will be our go-to. Highly recommend her place.

The apartment was exactly as described. You will have to watch your head as majority of the ceilings are slanted due to the character of the home (I am 5’2 and my husband is 6ft). Very clean. I loved learning about the history of the house. There was a great information binder about the home restoration and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed The Roost (coffee shop right around the corner). Bed was more comfortable than expected. Shower had good pressure and was hot. Roku Tv so you will have to sign into your accounts. We were able to walk downtown but it took some time. Overall great price for a place close to downtown

The flat has a really good location in midtown, with easy access to public transport (buses and qline), shops restaurants and especially the museums. It is located in a beautiful and elegant house and is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom and with even two living rooms. I spent a week at the flat and had a great time, would gladly come back again!

Kevin’s place was perfect for my stay in town for business. It is close to many great places to eat, grab coffee or a drink. I was able to even visit Third Man Records during my stay. The space is very cozy and secluded. One thing to note is that it has a few spots with low ceilings. As you can tell from the photos, it has slanted parts aligned with the roof lines. But also the bedroom and bathroom doors are slightly shorter than standard height. I’m 6’4” and had to duck to get in and out. Not a big deal for me and I would definitely stay there again.
