Vacation rentals with a patio in Midtown, Sacramento

Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

A great little place! Quiet besides the ring door bell out back that constantly going off every 20 mins. Would def recommend if you want to explore the area!

This home exceeded my expectations! Easy access from all local freeways, 15 drive from the airport and the extra facilities (pool, spa, bbq areas and gym) were all excellent. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you need! Host was super quick to respond with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Was very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean, great large sidewalks for walking and running. The house was clean and ready for us upon a very late arrival, so we were very apprecitive of that. Linens and towels were neat and smelled clean! I had a wonderful stay! The location was nice and felt very safe. The lodging itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again!

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The place is cozy, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to everything we needed—shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
