This detached, single-storey home measuring 70 m² features three spacious bedrooms, a stylish living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a pallet stove for added ambience. The spacious bathroom with a rain shower offers a relaxing experience. In the enclosed garden, you can enjoy complete privacy. Within walking distance is Pavilion Pool, which offers a view of the lake. Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are available for rent, and Groningen is just 10 km away!

Stay overnight near the beautiful Noorderplantsoen in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhoods of Groningen in an attractive colorful ground floor house. There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and an intermediate room where you can also sleep. A private kitchenette with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with a private bathroom and toilet. You can walk to the downtown area in 5 minutes!

Log cabin the Lindehuys in Leek

We built our Lindehuys entirely ourselves from wood, and it is located in our spacious green garden. You will have full privacy in this log cabin. There is a shower and a toilet. Also provided are a number of basic amenities, such as a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a combination microwave, and a small fridge. The centre of Leek, as well as the Nienoord estate with its castle and Carriage Museum, are within walking distance. Groningen is easy to reach by bus; by car, you can be there in just 20 minutes.

Close to Groningen in nature. With Sauna and gym

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Relax and unwind in our cozy and comfortable Dijkhuisje where you can swim in the morning, right from your own jetty. With the two single canoes and a Canadian canoe that are supplied with the rental, water fun and discovering nature reserve de Onlanden is also guaranteed. A ladies and men's bike are at your disposal. The city of Groningen is 10 minutes away by car. You are in the middle of a nature reserve with beautiful hiking and cycling areas. The property is fenced for the dog.

Next to the house is a warmly decorated tiny house where a lot of light comes in. Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove and with the most beautiful kitchen counter in Groningen. Upstairs are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a double bed. And there is an extra room with bed (*). The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

Sleeping in a tiny house avant la lettre. That's possible with us. Our recently renovated cottage offers a separate living and sleeping floor, is basic but still has all the comforts. Located in the old and rural Enumatil, this is the ideal place for a quiet (nature) vacation or mini break. In the immediate vicinity, there are beautiful cycling routes to be found and forest, heath or Groningen city can be found within a fifteen-minute drive.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.
