We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Casa Calma

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Peter and Paul Manor

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. Each cottage offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
