Bodrum is more beautiful in autumn :) It is also next to it, away from the crowds and noise of Bodrum. 7 minutes to the sea on foot, 5 minutes to grocery store and monopoly dealership, 7-20 minutes to restaurants. 16 minutes by car to Bodrum and 15 minutes to the airport. Dolmus every 30 minutes to Bodrum. Next to the forest. 3-4 people house with air conditioning suitable for family and singles in the spacious garden with our chickens, cats, birds, fruit trees, vegetables, fruits. Immaculate sea, blue flagbeach-sea suitable for children.

As of June 2024, I have created this listing for my home in Milas. My apartment is the guest room of the old Milas house. It offers ease of transportation with its staircase-free, independent entrance and convenience of use in the center with its large courtyard. We are ideally located for a stay in the center of Milas. You can visit Baltalı Kapı, Uzunyuva, Gümüşkesen with short walks. Easy access to public transportation We are an animal friendly family. Our dog Kara is just as cute as our cats.

Bodrum Bosphorus

A stylish house with a peaceful, calm, lush, free beach where you can stay with your family and friends in Bodrum Boğaziçi. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and showers are free on the beach. The house has its own entrance and exit door and garden. The house is 15 minutes by car to Bodrum-Milas Airport, 30-35 minutes to Bodrum center, and 2 minutes to the beach of the site. It will be more comfortable to come by car, to go to the bazaar, to the markets, to the beach. There is a parking lot on the beach.

I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment.
