A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom fully fenced house with 1 off street car park, a full bathroom and extra toilet and a laundry. Easy walking distance to Milford beach, Milford town centre, Takapuna, Smales farm, North Shore Hospital and the Tristram Ave and Northcote motorway on-ramps. Master suite has a super king bed, other rooms have a queen bed each, with one room also having a desk and chair.
