The central location on the highway and train connection (7 minutes' walk) allows numerous activities such as excursions, hikes, any sporting activities in any season for all ages. The proximity to Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens or Schwaz also makes it possible to make cultural excursions.

Directly from the front door, you can go on long hikes and hike the Karwendel Nature Park. Haller Altstadt can be reached by car in about 20 minutes and the state capital of Innsbruck in 30 minutes.
