Equipped kitchen, large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms with double bed, a mezzanine with 1 single bed, shower room and separate toilet.

Pets may be allowed.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Here you will do everything on foot: beach, food shopping, night outings, shops, fresh water current. Guests can park your vehicle in the street for free. By bike, you can reach Lake Mimizan and its flowery promenade, Contis, Mimizan village... For the summer, I prefer stays of at least one week.
