Drop off your suitcases and car and do everything on foot or by bike. You will not be disappointed, you will have a pleasant stay.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

At Mimizan Plage, just 100 m from the ocean beaches, we find here a spacious apartment located on the 1st floor of a house which offers us an ideal kitchen to concoct good meals for family and friends, a veranda which offers a relaxation area and a dining area followed by a terrace not overlooked. There is also a dining room with its TV wifi is also present in the house. A bathroom, a toilet, three bedrooms complete the description of the property.
