Great place to stay for long stays. Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Valencia is at a higher altitude then Dumaguete, providing cooler temperatures. Thank you to Dan and Melania and their staff for providing a great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Sophia's House beautiful and cozy place! From the moment we arrived, David was incredibly warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he was very hospitable and always ready to assist us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He also helped us book a tour and ensured we were with a trusted and reliable driver/guide, which made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. The place itself is spotless, relaxing, and truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you again, David and Gem! Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. We stayed 5 people 3 nights and it was fantastic. The place is quiet, it is very clean, the host, Veronica, is a very friendly and attentive person. We recommend it 100%

Kevin and David are a great host. Our supposed to be check in at 2:00 PM but they were kind enough to let us drop off our things and store it in a safe plus as early as 9:00 AM. David was very accommodating, he toured us to the house and informed us everthing that we need to know during our stay. The entire house is very clean, and very comfy. We all had a very good night sleep because we got everything we needed, very cool aircondition, perfectly smelled linens and towels, thick blankets, soft pillows and very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained plus, it is surrounded by fish ponds and a beautiful garden. In the veranda, we can see the very beautiful view of the seas and mountains of Dauis, no wonder that the place is called Terrace House because it does have a perfect view from the terrace. And lastly, Allen drove us to the port and was very kind and accommodating. We will surely book Terrace House unto our next Bohol trip!

Fantastic spot amount the chaos of general luna, Only downside was the ceiling fans in the outdoor area being out of action, had a couple of pedistool fans in place though. Pool was cleaned regularly and was at a perfect temperature. Aircon in the rooms was super cold and worked a treat, just what we wanted. Host helped arrange transfers to and from locations, super helpful. Would recommend, seeing other accomodation that friends were staying at, this one was a clear winner.

Overall, Arrow Vacation House is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, nature, and relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

We LOVED IT! The house offers all the necessary comforts, is peaceful and spotless only a 10min walk from the beach where there are all the restaurants, bars, activities, and small shops. A real luxury of having this private pool at this location and in this heat. The staff is very attentive. Thank you for everything we hope to come back someday 🙏🏻

Excellent condo in an excellent building! Location is solid for area amenities and the hosts were very cool too. Having access to a parking space was a big help too! Will definitely book again!!

Best airbnb place that we have stayed in downtown Davao so far. With great view of the city, mountain and sea. Great place for a family staycation. Host is very friendly and responsive on our requests. Will definitely book again!
