The house is situated in the Granville sub-division of Catalunen Pequeño. The living area is 45sqm, outside area roofed with terrace and utility areas. The living/dining area has a sofa, 43" TV with Android TV , Wifi, Desk area, A/C, dining suite and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and A/C. Enjoy an impressive view of Mount Apo (3000m high) from the end of the street. You will love the very nice subdivision swimming pool. STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the property!!!
