The village of Mattsies is located approx. 10 minutes from the A96 and thus all relevant destinations such as Augsburg, Munich, Memmingen, Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer, Lake Constance, etc. can be reached in approx. 60 minutes and less. The apartment is excellently designed for long-term stays. Please read everything under "Your accommodation" and "Other relevant information"! The garden and terrace can also be used. Mattsies is also in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.

Our apartment "Käslaib" , 31 m² offers space for 2 people (possibly also 3) and is located on the 2nd floor above our farm dairy. Tasteful decor and a fully equipped kitchen. Dear guests! We attach great importance to cleanliness and therefore both apartments are thoroughly cleaned between guests.
