Beautiful, modern apartment just outside the center, about 5 minutes walk to the city beach and about 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is furnished as new, clean and has everything you need for a successful vacation. Pleasant bed and shower with decent water pressure. Recommended! Deborah is an attentive host, communicating with her was very easy and quick.

Natalia is an incredibly sympathetic person, if we had more time, I would have loved to spend some time with her. The accommodation was absolutely incredible, kept really high standards. The neighbors were friendly and the block was quiet, despite the proximity to the major streets.

Evaristo personally welcomed us to his beautiful and spacious beach house. From the upper floor we had wonderful views of the beach, the sea and Santo Antão from both the room and the outdoor kitchen/lounge. Within walking distance there are a few mini-mercados where the essentials are available. Except for a few day guests at the beach and restaurant Chez Zoe, there are hardly any tourists. The locals are kind and authentic. The connection with Aluguers to Mindelo works great (frequent connections) and is a great experience every time. Baia das Gatas can also be reached with a little luck and negotiation skills with Aluguers. Evaristo also gave us very good contacts via which we could organize excursions for a boat tour or for snorkeling directly from Salamanca.

We had the very best time staying at this Airbnb in Mindelo! The place was spotlessly clean, sensibly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – central but still quiet – and we were able to easily get to many attractions, restaurants and beaches by bus. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly. We particularly appreciated the little touches that made the stay particularly pleasant. We will definitely be back and can fully recommend this place.

Very nice large property-equipped apartment, where everything works.

olavo's apartment is very spacious, located 10 minutes from the beach, and close to amenities, the best glacier at the bottom of the building, convenience store 100 meters away. The balcony was a plus for us, since the carnival was at the foot. Olavo is very responsive, you can send a message, he responds right away.

What an amazing day with a perfect location very close to the ferry terminal. Irina was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I would definitely stay again when in town!

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

I spent one month in this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect! from the friendly welcome from the host and her responsiveness in helping me with any question, to the central location, comfort and space of the apartment, this was the perfect home away from home. The flat is very spacious and breezy and has an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, and I loved having a washing machine. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure and temperature. Not to mention the place was super squeaky clean and it exceeded all my expectations. I would book it again in a heartbeat!

Great location - quiet, safe, stable internet, wonderful views, minimarket next door, good water pressure. Daniel is very communicative. The flat didn't have a good solid chair for remote working when I stayed, but Daniel is trying to fix this. Highly recommended - would definitely want to stay here again.

Very pleasant stay in Pedro's accommodation, the accommodation is large and very close to a beach. The environment is very quiet and a little far from shops provide a means of transport.

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. Great experience!! The flat is big, clean, cozy and well equipped, very close to local shops and only a 5 minute walk to Laginha and 10-15min to the center. Public transport is also available nearby. Kayla was super communicative and did reply very fast - the manager onsite is Olavo and he is just great, helped me big time with a lot of my requests and made my stay great! MANY MANY Thanks for this great experience! Highly recommended! All the BEST!
