Kid-friendly vacation rentals in São Vicente

Beautiful, modern apartment just outside the center, about 5 minutes walk to the city beach and about 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is furnished as new, clean and has everything you need for a successful vacation. Pleasant bed and shower with decent water pressure. Recommended! Deborah is an attentive host, communicating with her was very easy and quick.

The flat is a small 1 room place 3 minutes walking from city center, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is in a dead-end road, what was nice, as we had almost ever the door open to the street. The internet was nice and the comunication, was easy. The only thing was that it had a problem with hot water but next morning, they changed the boiler...things you can't control. Lorry was very helpfull when asked.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We really enjoyed this place, quiet, authentic with great sea view. With small shared buses, Mindelo is 15 minutes away .

There were two of us staying for 2 nights in the beautiful apartment right on the most beautiful beach of Mindelo. The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated and super located. We felt very comfortable there. With Carla, the communication was also very pleasant and she was very helpful. Thank you again!

Nuno was very friendly and always helped us with any questions or gave us tips. The check in was great, we were even allowed to check in a little earlier due to time constraints. The apartment was very clean, is very modern, new and beautifully furnished. Walk 5 mins to the beach, about 20 mins to centre of Mindelo and the view from the balcony is so beautiful. Thank you! Great location - quiet, safe, stable internet, wonderful views, minimarket next door, good water pressure. Daniel is very communicative. The flat didn't have a good solid chair for remote working when I stayed, but Daniel is trying to fix this. Highly recommended - would definitely want to stay here again.

This has to be one of my favourite accommodations of any country I have visited or lived in. I will list below the pros + cons I think others could benefit from. The location is very central, close to the ferry station, museums, markets, sights, and of course plenty of restaurants etc. The gelateria + restaurants in the same street have open till late, and the gelateria opens up early again if you would like to grab bread/pastries and good coffee. The evenings can be very entertaining, and there is a security guard to make sure it remains peaceful and safe. During our stay there was live music every evening; some performers were louder than others, but we got used to it. And, I believe, it never went beyond 10pm. Another thing to consider, in case someone has a problem climbing stairs, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, as described. The stairs are very ok though. Lastly, Alcione is super quick in responding! If I come back to Mindelo, I would love to stay here again!

Very happy stay in mindelo for carnival! The accommodation is located a 10-minute walk from the city center. A convenience store is just below. Taxis pass regularly nearby as well. The place is impeccable. Just a small disappointment as we did not have access to the swimming pool and games for security reasons. But the host had nothing to do with this. The host always responded quickly and also gave us taxi numbers to get around. Great family stays on mindelo!

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. Great experience!! The flat is big, clean, cozy and well equipped, very close to local shops and only a 5 minute walk to Laginha and 10-15min to the center. Public transport is also available nearby. Kayla was super communicative and did reply very fast - the manager onsite is Olavo and he is just great, helped me big time with a lot of my requests and made my stay great! We found an idyllic accommodation, very modern, carefully decorated, large, clean and very well equipped. Isaura was abroad during our stay but she was in constant communication with us. She arranged for us a taxi for our arrival. Gave us some helpful tips. She shared her tips for outings, useful links for our next steps in Cape Verde. She was worried about our well-being every day. A big thank you to her for having us so well received and accompanied. You can go to her " without a second thought "!!!

Amazing and spacious apartment in Mindelo and I had a great experience. The place is not only affordable but also well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Great apartment with a great host

I felt a part of the crew straight from the start with the airport pick up. Paulo and co, are so friendly and I loved they shared their lives experience with me and curious about mine. The flat is way bigger than pictures show. There are two balconies and the one with the view on the beach is just 5 star hotel view. It is located like 3min walk from Praia de Laginha which is one of the most beautiful coloured water have seen in my travels. They also offer many services (tours/airport/port/city transfers) which is a massive advantage. Thanks guys! You made my trip, a blast x
