À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

This small gem is perfectly placed a stone’s throw to a morning cafe’, an afternoon spritz, and an evening dinner. Maya’s place is unique and spotless and she was responsive to our needs and requests. A great spot to enjoy all Sperlonga has to offer!

The accommodation matches the photos, I would say even better than expected. The house is very close to the sea and is really beautiful: spacious greenery for our dogs (who loved the madness running through the garden), a small terrace where you can eat with greenery around and a clean and correct accommodation (we were in 4 and 3 dogs and we had a great time). Outside there is a shower, an oven/fire pit, a pump and car space (there are two cars, a Twingo and a Citroen entrance). The other villas around made the area not too secluded. Just look as described to the speed cameras along the way (but in general throughout the coast). The owners were responsive to our requests and very courteous. From the accommodation we easily moved to the surrounding areas necessarily by car. In short, if you want a place in a strategic location, that is quiet, spacious and close to the sea, suitable for children and animals (fenced all over the perimeter) choose it!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

A brilliant apartment with stunning views on the quiet side of the town near a wonderful beach. Plenty space, comfortable beds, well equipped, fantastic outside space, we loved our time here. Better curtains would be an improvement.

Apartment and it’s terracw were very nice and convenient, in quiet neighborhood. During the week it was very quiet, weekends were busier. Location is great, walking distance to beach and supermarket. The pool was also very nice, our 9-Year-old enjoyed it very much. Host Constantino was very friendly and helpful. Communications with him was super easy.

Vento Verde was so perfect! It was easy to get to, spacious and clean, the terrace overlooking the beach was amazing and it was so easy to walk to everything. Giulio was a great host, and I am already planning my next trip to Vento Verde with my family next year!

We loved our stay in the watch tower. Even in November we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful views and sunshine. A few restaurants were closed at this time but we made good use of the BBQ on the deck. We loved lowering the ladder and going for a swim in the warm sea! The old part of Terracina is beautiful and the walk up to the Roman Temple of Jupiter is a must! Thanks so much to Giustino and Bente for being great hosts! Will recommend without hesitation. R&B

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Ciao. My wife and I stayed with Robbi for 10 days on August 24. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a four-family house with a private parking space and a really well maintained garden right on the beach, you don't even have to cross the street. The villa is inside a private residence outside the center of Terracina; if during the day the beach is very crowded, in the evening the area is very quiet. We found the apartment, both as premises and as amenities, exactly as described in the listing; only a few problems with the WiFi connection and therefore with streaming TV programs (there is no antenna). We are sorry we did not meet our host Robbi in person, although by phone he was constantly interested in how our stay was going; by the way, I have to thank him for his willingness to prepare, upon our arrival, a surprise for my wife. Happy hosting, everyone!

Large, functional , tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The garden, well maintained, and also equipped with a masonry sofa and a large table with umbrella that allow you to eat outdoors. The beach is very close and comfortable. The quiet and well-maintained area. Services ( groceries, stores, restaurants) are not far away and both Terracina and San Felice are easily accessible. Mrs. Gaia was immediately very kind and provided us with all the assistance we needed. Very positive experience. I hope to be able to stay at this place again and I highly recommend it to those who want to go to the sea between San Felice and Terracina.
