Great stay. Quick to respond and helpful. The place is great. Immaculately clean. Beautiful space and incredible bathroom. We took the best showers we’ve ever had in Italy there! A bit of a hike from the train station if the uber drivers aren’t available. We found a local taxi driver and he was essentially our personal chauffeur. Very close to the CONI (Italian Olympic facility). Lots of small grocery stores.

The stay in Paolo's apartment was very pleasant. The house was perfect, as described, very comfortable and close to the sea (7-minute walk, both the resort and free beach). Near the apartment (less than a minute's drive) there is a very convenient supermarket. Mrs. Graziella was very kind and welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary information. Paolo is very helpful, responding immediately to requests. Absolutely recommended!!!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need (Kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge), very large bathroom and comfortable bedroom. The view from the balcony is also impressive. Nothing negative to report. Recommended!

We had a fantastic stay. the place was immaculate, great location to lots of shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Gianmarco was always quick to get back to me if I asked a question and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend.

I’ve been in Italy for a month and I can confidently say my stay in terracina at Claudio’s appartment was my favorite. Small town with amazing restaurants and beaches in walkable distant! Historical landmarks are close by to visit. Needless to say the apartment was much more beautiful in person. I recommend this stay to anybody who wants to avoid the big city!

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. We stayed from 22 to 29/06 2024. Everything was as described and the host is always available for anything. The location is great for accessing the nearby beach (200 meters, with beautiful water. Nearby (5 minute walk) are supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants. Excellent accommodation also as a starting point for trips to other locations, reachable in 15/20 minutes by car (Sperlonga, Gaeta, San Felice Circeo). Very clean, modern apartment, where nothing is missing. Highly recommended.

Immediately proven to be very helpful and polite, Filippo and his home made us live three days of full relaxation, the house in the center a few minutes away by foot from all the attractions of the beaches included was to our liking. Air-conditioned rooms with TV in each. Everything is really beautiful! I'll definitely be back.

My daughter and our dog were guests in the accommodation, we had a great time, a super clean house, accurate with everything you need, I really appreciated the whirlpool oven with the crispy that I often use at home, the sea is a 5-minute walk away... in short, everything is top! Highly recommended!

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

The flat is located close to the beach. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The old town is walking distance away.

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

Great base for exploring, so close to the beach, the mountains, the town. Really easy check in, everything worked as it should and the apartment is very spacious! We would love to stay here again!

Another amazing stay at Virginia’s! We stayed here last year and could not wait to go back. Virginia and her family are wonderful people and so kind and welcoming. We felt right at home. The apartment is modern and beautiful, so clean and in such a great location. We were able to walk everywhere in the city. There is a park with a great playground nearby, which was perfect for my kids. Virginia is responsive, so friendly and so accommodating. Another amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

Giovanni and Giulliana (who met us in Sperlonga to show us the apartment) was both very communicative and did everything to make sure we had a good time in Sperlonga. The apartment is well equipped and is located in a perfect spot, in the old time with a beautiful view over the sea and the beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. Sperlonga is beautiful town and the apartment fulfilled all our expectations. An extra plus to the terrace where we spent a lot of time reading, sipping wine and watching the sunset. We would love to come back in the future!

I was with my family (3 small children) in Barbara's home. It is located about 400 meters from the sea and we had a good time because there is really everything you need and the house is very well kept! The rooms are spacious and offer the necessary amenities. The area is quiet and there is a playground very close by. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara and I want to emphasize her kindness and availability in meeting our needs, as well as the flexibility she gave us for check-in and check-out. A really 5-star host! Good Wi-Fi, a lot of space. Both rooms have twin beds, but there is one more single bed in the leaving room.
