NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE

Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

We are a green home using non chemical cleaners offering chairperson friendly features and air conditioning. The front and back yard decks offer more year round outdoor living.
