This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. The house was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. The crib was especially cosy and nicely made up for my baby grandson. The kitchen was large enough for multiple persons to cook together, which we did for our family breakfasts. The outside was truly lovely and the heavenly scent of wisteria and orange blossom was everywhere on the rear patio, the front veranda and even on the bocce court. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more.

My friends & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was safe & I appreciate all of the parking available. The entire house was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were stocked with extra toilet paper & plenty of soap. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. I wanted to especially thank Eitay & Danielle for going the extra mile to make sure that the pool was heated. I wish the pool was hotter, but we had so much fun in the pool regardless. Eitay & Danielle were very kind & attentive hosts. I highly recommend this place to everyone & I would book again!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. :)

Patrese and Katie were great hosts. They responded very fast with very useful information. Our check in process was smooth. The house was beautiful and quiet. There were clear instructions and rules in a book near the frozen door. Multiple power plugs were available in each room and were suitable for different types of chargers. Lots of places to sit with a variety of dishes to choose from. The view of the pool was nice. Outdoor area was our favorite place to stay.

Katherine was such a great host and communicated very well. The house was very clean and organized for us when we got there. Will definitely be staying there when I return!

Beautiful house with an amazing porch. Sat outside every morning and evening. Spacious so we could spread out - important with teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook dinner at home.

Peter was a very responsive and kind host. We brought a school club of ~30 to the place, and everything went smoothly. There was plenty of bed space, and someone of the couches pulled out into beds.

This home is beautiful and served as the perfect sanctuary for my best friends to have a weekend together. They were really accommodating for all my requests and are very responsive.

Your home met our family’s needs very well. Thanks for your flexibility and responsiveness during our stay. We enjoyed Santa Barbara, and the location of the home made it easy to travel to all the sites and areas that interested us during our stay.

We had a great stay. Plenty of space for myself, husband and 3 children. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Selin was very responsive and flexible as well. We would stay here again.

The place is top notch. It's at the top of a hill and you can clearly see the ocean. Rick was there to greet me and give me a quick tour. The house itself has pretty anything and everything from extra towels to condiments like ketchup and mayo to half a dozen different coffee types. The house is pretty clean and bright as most walls are actually giant windows. Outside there is a hot tub and a large plastic igloo style outside bedroom. Fantastic to spend the night in. One word of caution for out of towners... AT&T coverage in Malibu is abysmal. If that's your provider, put your map directions into your phone before you get there.

Comfortable, spacious home in good neighborhood.

We stayed at Karen’s place for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The space is pristine, open, and well equipped. Super walkable, but also has everything you need for a night in. The top floor is basically an apartment unto itself - comfortable sitting area, large patio with chairs, and a huge king size bed along with a walk-in closet and bathroom. If you’re staying in Silverstrand, this is your spot - we will be back!

We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Marty and Carey's home was a perfect place for our friends' reunion! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with great decor. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the openness of it. The couches and beds were very comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, we spent most of our free time out on the patio, and the kids loved the swings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed being so close to the mesa bluffs and the private beach. We can't wait to come back again!

We didn’t need to think of anything! This place was simply beautiful and well thought out. It was just like being at home. No detail was overlooked. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties in SB but never one that my wife, my mom, and I thought we could just move into as is. Private parking just two blocks from the best part of State Street is a bonus.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Joel was an exceptional host. He communicated proactively and quickly, allowed for an early check-in and went over and above to make us feel comfortable in his home. From the generous pastries and bread, to heating the pool up extra high with the weather, to allowing us to trim some fruit off of the gorgeous citrus trees in his garden - he made his space our space for the short time we were there. The guest rooms feel very private and removed from the rest of the home. While there were shared spaces, Joel gave us a lot of freedom to make ourselves comfortable in his home. The garden is truly tranquil and nearby Ojai is one of the best towns I know. Thank you to Joel for making our stay a great one!!

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Place was great. I’m from the area and just needed a place to stay for the weekend that had space was close enough to the places I needed to be and convenient. Mali was responsive and friendly. I felt I had privacy and it was quiet. Would recommend and hopefully can stay here again in the future
