This nostalgic farm house creates a great location for families to stop on their way through South Dakota on I-90 to let the kids run and do a load of laundry. Also great for hunters looking for more than a single room to enjoy the area's abundant public land to pheasant hunt. There is plenty of space at this location to get ready for the hunt, shoot clay pigeons on-site or let the dogs get some exercise.

The Corn Palace Cottage - Amazing Location !

Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! Bridgewater’s Cottage @ the Park

This is a private Cottage Cabin, adjacent to the City Park in Bridgewater. This Cottage has character with a vintage rustic feel while offering all the amenities of a modern day residence. The cottage has a kitchen with full size fridge and full bath with an oversized shower. It is set up as a studio living space with areas connected. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.

Spacious 2BR/2BA townhome on the west side of Sioux Falls! Enjoy a large picture window overlooking the pond, a remote-controlled patio awning, and an exterior shade for added privacy. Kitchen offers plenty of counter and cabinet space. Master bedroom features a King bed, in-floor-heated bath, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with a nicely sized bath. Includes a two-stall garage and fenced backyard!

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. Out the back door is a patio area where you can enjoy the weather outside. I have a few AirBnBs in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.
