Big (180 m2) modern flat on 2 levels. Big rooftop terrace (40 m2). Wonderful view. Top area. 12 minutes tram (M10) from central station. 4 Bedrooms: 3 with double bed (the double beds have a big blanket and not 2 single blankets) and 1 with 3 single beds. Big kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Note that this is the flat where we live, it's not dedicated only for renting. We cannot remove our clothes from the cupboards or all the food from the fridge.

Renting my beautiful apartment on Alte Schönhauser Straße, while I am travelling. It’s on the first floor, the apartment has 100 sm, has two massive rooms, which are connected, a big kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bathrooms. It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.
